Looking at that Care Package, and the love and longing that went into the selection of each item, the thought occurred to me: “I wish I had Mickey’s parents as my own!” And then it hit me, “Wait, they are already my friends, and I chose them (and they chose me)”. Life can’t be better than knowing you are loved, cared about, and missed. Hang in there, Mickey. Each day will be better, and each day you’ll grow stronger.
hey guy, good to get your email yesterday. They are keeping you busy, I did not know your classes started so soon!! Hope you got the Japanese class that you wanted, good idea to switch out of an all lecture class. The next care package has gone out and should be there soon, love mom
Hey Grasshopper,”elvis has left the building” thats code for: your (2) packages are in the mail. One is 28 lbs. the other is 9 lbs. you’ll know the difference. Let me know when they arrive, I have calculated the new “salsa” recipe. Also, once you open the jalapenos they must be placed in a plastic or glass container they don’t do well in metal, and only use a few at first! luv dad/mom/pat/sam
Hey, grasshopper, we figured out July 19th ‘08 as “D” day, i.e. departure day or graduation day, whatever. That’s 258 days from today so we have some time to plan. Stay out of trouble, be nice to all and I’ll get your Wii off as soon as I can. luv dad/mom/pat & sam
